Securities Granting Access to the Company’s Capital
Except for stock options granted for the subscription for EADS shares (See “Part 1/ Options Granted to Employees”), there are no securities that give access, immediately or over time, to the share capital of EADS.
The table below shows the total potential dilution that would occur if all the stock options issued as at 31st December 2005 were exercised:
