This service allows you to search the report by keywords. Insert a searchphrase and the engine will find where it appears in the report.

Sitemap
This link will take you to a display of all areas of the online report as well as demonstrating its structure. The sitemap also works as a navigation aid and can help you get to any page on the report directly. To have a better overview, objects of the levels 3 and 4 can be hidden.

Jump to specific page
Another feature within the sitemap is to jump directly to the content of a specific page of one of the printed reports. Therefore just simply enter the page number you like to see. Available pages are:

Feedback
The “Feedback” function provides the possibility to submit your opinion concerning the implementation and design of the online Annual Report. To this effect you are asked to place your rating of the relevant aspects within a rating scale from 'Excellent' to 'Poor'. There are two ways to give feedback:

Download Center
This area allows you to access a PDF download of the whole report or particular chapters as well as Excel tables of all financial tables.

Chart Generator
This feature offers a selection of the preceding three years' essential key financial indicators. By clicking on the key financial indicators and years you would like to compare, you may obtain your own individual tables. You can have them displayed in tables or as bar charts.

Order a hard copy
This link will take you to an online form to order a hard copy of the report.

This link will take you to an online form to contact the Investor Relations department

   Show Print Manager
This function shows you all the pages you have added to the Print manger for printing. Once you have added all the necessary pages you can print them as one single customized document.

   Add Page
This function allows you to add a page to the Print manager for printing at a later date.

   Print this Page
This function shows a printerfriendly version of the selected page.

   Send to a Friend
You can email a friend or colleague who might be interested in the document. They will receive your message and a hypertext link directly to the page.

    Consecutive browsing
Another possibility to read the Annual Report is to browse in succession through its pages by starting from any page. This is facilitated by the buttons ( back   next ) on the top right-hand side and at the bottom of any of the Annual Report’s pages which are pointing to the browsing direction.
