7. Liability for Puttable Instruments

The liability for puttable instruments in 2005 was related to the written put option granted to BAE System to put its 20% stake in Airbus. In June 2006, BAE Systems exercised its put option and the related liability was settled in October 2006 for an amount of € 2,750 million.
