For ease of presentation, intermediate holding companies have been omitted. The shaded boxes represent Divisions (with respect to the MTA Division) or BUs (with respect to Military Air Systems) that are part of the legal entities referred to in parentheses. The coloured boxes denote entities forming part of one of EADS five Divisions. The non-coloured boxes denote entities that are holding companies or participations not within one of EADS five Divisions and do not directly form part of the management responsibility of a specified director.
